Abstract

The invention provides a detection method for wet comfortableness of leather shoes, which creates a leather shoes wet comfortableness comprehensive evaluation mathematics model by principal component analysis, and an evaluation formula of the model is y=0.4087Z+0.3937Z*2+0.0296Z*3+0.3070Z*4, wherein the parts from Z*1 to Z*4 respectively refer to experiment-tested and standardized numerical values of upper sleeve water vapor absorbability, upper sleeve water vapor permeability, innersole shoe-pad water absorbability and innersole shoe-pad desorption property. The detection method for wet comfortableness of leather shoes, from objective evaluation and subjective evaluation point of view, reaches a relation between shoes material performance and human psychological comfort in practical use of the shoes, establishes a leather shoes wet comfortableness comprehensive evaluation system, implements the characterization of human psychological comfort by physical performance indexes of the used materials, and provides a certain data base and theoretical direction for establishing relative industrial standards and for enterprise production.
本发明提供了一种皮鞋湿舒适性检测方法。本发明采用主成分分析法建立皮鞋湿舒适性综合评价数学模型,其评价公式为y=0.4087Zx1+0.3937Zx2+0.0296Zx3+0.3070Zx4,其中Zx1到Zx4分别代表帮套吸水汽性、帮套透水汽性、内底鞋垫吸水性和内底鞋垫解吸附性通过实验测得并经过标准化后的数值。本发明从客观评价和主观评价两个角度出发,研究了在实际穿用状态下鞋材性能和人心理舒适感之间的关系,建立了皮鞋湿舒适性综合评价体系,做到用材料的物理性能指标来表征人体的心理舒适感觉,为制定相关行业标准和企业生产提供一定的数据基础和理论指导。
